Logos and jingles

The Millar Gough Ink former production logo (as seen in 2002)

The logos came for the production company which can be found at the end of each program and not on the movies or early 1990s programs themselves. Starting with the 1999 TV series The Strip, Millar and Gough created the very first logo about a black vintage glass bottle filled with scarlet ink with a dark-brown label which covers the bottom-half, containing the company name which is colored in gold and a stacked format, usually in Helvetica Black (with the bottom-half of "INK" in silver), but a split-second later, an unidentified object falls down and breaks it that causes the ink to splatter. In 1999, Millar and Gough created the original bottle breaking sound known as the splattering sound. Later, on October 16, 2001, starting with "Smallville", the production company created the glass breaking sound which had the logo's animation playing slightly slower the first time, which began in late 2001. Later, on February 26, 2002, the music for the 1st logo had the odd piano tune which was the first jingle on the first logo to be played before the bottle breaks. Currently, on September 24, 2002, Millar Gough Ink created a tune where we're all familiar with, using the organ and orchestral tune before the final note with the bottle breaking sound synced was heard. It was officially called a reverberating cartoon ditty. A second and current production logo was created on November 15, 2015, which started with the stacked text "MILLAR GOUGH", to the right is a beaker with a big black water drop in it, and inside the drop is "INK", on a black background. The very rare print logo had the 2015-styled logo where the logo is white and the text is in Impact. Until later, one had the ink bottle for the standard 1st logo and later had the beaker like from the 2015 logo. The current logo reappeared on the 2022 Netflix series Wednesday that made an appearance on November 23, 2022. This was expected to appear on season 2 of Wednesday.

Mark Snow was the only composer to create themes by the company, which may be only used for the former logo.
